first day of P3

I am reluctant to say that hardly survived the last round. I only lost 13 lbs in 21 days which is a bit disappointing, but at the same time I am happy to have lost that much at all. This time proved to just about break me. My plan is to hit the gym over p3 and see how it goes, how I look and feel. If I decide I still need to lose weight I will do another 21 day cycle at the end of this p3. I feel a lot better today knowing I am less limited and am having absolutely zero cravings.

My weigh in

Just weighed in, still up from the ketchup or maybe the fact that i had some vodka saturday night. my muscles are also very sore which could have something to do with it. However, on a side note: It has been 21 days since the start of my last period which begs the question, am I PMSing? You begin to PMS 5-11 days before your next period and mine (in a perfect world) is due to start in about 6-8 days.... which would explain crazy cravings I am having, aches, bloating, mood and so on.... Oh well, we will see if the scale is kind tomorrow :)

Today is our 19th day of vlcd's. I have yet to weigh in today but rob is down 17+ lbs this round so far! I am still not sure how many days I am going to do, I am growing less and less motivated this round and feel it is probably better to get onto p3 and in the gym. We will see...

-2.2 lbs! for a total loss of 13 so far! doing better today, still thinking a LOT about P3!!! Toady a friend of mine who is also on the HCG vlcd's came over and we made meatloaf. YUM YUM!! 100grams lean ground beef or ground steak 1/2 tsp spicy mustard 1/2 tsp dehydrated onions 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/8 tsp sage or italian seasoning (I used italian) 2 tsps minced garlic one melba toast crunched up finely mix all together and for loaf shape, bake coat 350f for 15-20 min, uncover, bake for 5-10 min WE USED SUGAR FREE KETCHUP FROM WHOLE FOODS THAT CONTAINED XYLITOL This is a risk on our behalf, I have read some good and bad things about it so we will see if it affects the gain! we added 1/2 tsp of it to the mix and then when we uncovered the meatloaf we spread about 1/4 tsp on top.

Today has been a tough day. Stall day one. And a bad one. The stall has left me with little motivation or will power and completely lacking energy. I am cranky, feeling icky and wishing this diet would just be over. Bahumbug

-.4lbs! I am still not down from the 2 lbs I gained the other day but on the bright side I am still losing and am reshaping every single day! Sorry it's been a couple of days guys! I didnt weigh in yesterday and today when I did I was up 2lbs! I have not had a BM for two days and I also had a gummy bear shot the other night so I am sure that is prly it! :0 BUT not to worry on track otherwise and super excited to be in a bikini for David Guetta Tom! :P

Best Asparagus EVER

fill frying pan with 1/4 " water, and then add about 3-4 tbs of balsamic vinegar. Cut Asparagus in half, lay in pan. sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. simmer for about 5-8 min depending on density of asparagus enjoy! mmm mmm good! :)

-2.4 lbs! yesterday was fairly easy. I also had like 5 shots of espresso and a cup of coffee all day to keep me going so I am sure that helped, though I am really hungry this morning. 8.6 lbs total loss for me and rob is about the same! woo hoo!

More on the chili...

Tonight I bought Muir glen Organic Diced Tomatoes (no salt added) to use instead of the roma tomatoes fresh since they were not very ripe in the store. There are no added sugars oils or anything "non-allowed" to the diet. If this shows no sign of stall and tastes the same this would be a lot more easy to use then having to dice the tomatoes first. I am cooking it now and the only sign so far is some part of the tomatoes are very dense which is not ideal for chili. I will let you know how the finished product turns out! :)

-3.6 today!! woo hoo! The passed two days have gone by very fast, and so easy! Not hungry at all and really enjoying eating my hcg meals again :) I have noticed that both rob and I are a tiny bit irritated though LOL :) I had hcg chili yesterday and again today and man, I am loving it! I forgot how much I used to like it! Ground beef or veal, super lean onions, minced garlic ^^     brown in pan add to frying pan: 1/2 tsp oregano, thyme, garlic powder, paprika about a tsp of chili powder (may need more) dash of salt and pepper 2 diced roma tomatoes 1/4 cup water let simmer, once water starts evaporating, add another 1/4 cup, repeat for 30 min or so (the longer you continue the better it will taste) once at consistentcy desired, let watter simmer off until thick, eat and enjoy! :) NOTE you may way to add slightly more or less seasoning depending on your liking

I'm backkkkk! I chose to do another round based on starting a new birth control and gaining apprx 9 pounds in 2 weeks :( So here I am an this time, Rob is doing it with me!!! I am excited to see what the end of this round brings me :) i have not gained too much so I should be lower then I ever have before. I am going to try to do the whole 40 days this time with a goal of losing 25lbs which will put me 10lbs lower than I have been so far :) Just in time for the bikini!
