I am reluctant to say that hardly survived the last round. I only lost 13 lbs in 21 days which is a bit disappointing, but at the same time I am happy to have lost that much at all. This time proved to just about break me. My plan is to hit the gym over p3 and see how it goes, how I look and feel. If I decide I still need to lose weight I will do another 21 day cycle at the end of this p3. I feel a lot better today knowing I am less limited and am having absolutely zero cravings.
