Sorry it's been a couple of days guys! I didnt weigh in yesterday and today when I did I was up 2lbs! I have not had a BM for two days and I also had a gummy bear shot the other night so I am sure that is prly it! :0 BUT not to worry on track otherwise and super excited to be in a bikini for David Guetta Tom! :P
Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
