-5lbs! I am actually a half of a pound down from my original weigh in and I have not even completed a low calorie day yet! Feeling very pumped about this round! I am in it to lose 25-30 lbs, even if I have to complete a full 40 day round. Let the games begin!
Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
