Ok I was actually up like +9 in two days! I am now only up +4 after doing two protein days in a row, im hoping to be back down by the weekend...I am not stressing about it though, i feel like stress is what causes the unbalance in the ability to carry through a lifestyle change :)
Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
