Sorry for the missing posts! I have had a very busy weekend!
Friday VLCD12 showed up 3 pounds but I was on a different scale. Fri night I ate out at tgi fridays and had a 8oz sirloin with no butter on it and some lettuce.
Saturday I did not weigh in because I was too busy. Sat lunch time I ate a mcdonalds grilled chicken breast and some lettuce, and I had extra protein at night because I was having a break down trying not to cheat..
This morning I weighed in -1 lb from vlcd11. Not bad considering!
