Well people; I totally went A-wall.
I decided just to let myself go on Sunday and Monday. I was really over thinking everything with diet and felt so limited. I started to feel as with the eating disorders and so I let myself have the two days. One day w/o drops and one day with. I gained 2.6 lbs.
Yesterday on VLCD16 I only ate my protein and an apple and drank about a gallon of water.
I am down .8 today.
I will add two days to my vlcd's if needed based on the loss from the rest of the week.
