R5VLCD15 Replacement- Cheat day no drops

I had to go to Michigan for a baby shower for the weekend and so I have stopped hcg for a "planned break". Per DIYHCG.COM: To Complete an HCG Diet Planned Break :  Three days before you expect to be in a situation where you will be tempted to go off the HCG VLCD diet plan for a few days, stop taking the HCG diet drops but still follow the HCG 500 calorie diet (VLCD) for 3 days. Those three 'HCG exit days' allowed the HCG to get out of your system before you start eating non-HCG foods. If you eat non-HCG approved foods before the HCG is out of your bodily systems you may gain. While on your HCG Diet Planned Break, it is recommended to stick as closely to a high protein, low carb diet as possible, similar to the HCG P3 Food Plan. Once your event is over you should get right back on the HCG Drops and the HCG VLCD. No HCG gorge days are needed as you begin the HCG Diet again. -2lbs! Getting back on track! I unintentionally skipped a protein and a fruit yesterday which probably helped things along. I went to the doctor today and I was as surprised as she was to see that I have actually lost 10lbs since the last time I saw her 2.5 months ago. She agreed that my goal weight was perfect for my height and I left feeling very encouraged. On another note, I seemed to start TOM again, only 13 days after my last cycle. I missed a dose of the pill and am wondering if that is the cause and also the culprit for cravings and potential water weight. Crossing my fingers to see another solid loss tomorrow!

I have not been able to get out of my funk! I had Thai food for dinner last night and when I weighed myself I gained 7lbs total in my three days of cheating! AHHHHH! May 8th is supposed to be my first day of p3 but I decided I will go an extra 6 days or so until I lose what I wanted to lose to begin with. I am so bummed with myself but the only thing I can do is just keep moving forward!

A-WALL Today I cheated all day long....I am not happy but I also know that I just needed to allow myself the cheat. I can add days onto my round to makeup for the gain hopefully!

-1.5 for a total loss of 9LBS! I am so happy! I am still unable to sleep. Temptation is not hard during the day but in my restlessness I literally dreamed of cheating on the diet for over 2 hours! I am going mental!

-.5LBS for a total loss of 7.5lbs so far. I have not cheated at all but somehow stalled for 3 days. I did not eat two fruits yesterday only one and still only saw a .5 loss! I am going to stop using my face wash and see if that is the problem...

I have not been sleeping well still! The last few days I have had to be up only 3 hours after I fell asleep.  Today I ran out the door without weighing in because I was running late for work. Crossing my fingers for a good night sleep and a loss tomorrow!

Stall AGAIN. I had a deep tissue massage with baby oil last night. I am thinking that the toxins released  from my muscles and the fact that I still am having the WORST time sleeping may be causing me to hold water. Today I am skipping on fruit and drinking ACV and taking an Epsom salt bath, hopefully this will move things along!

No gain or loss, I ate ground beef and even though it was 95% lean; It may have been too much fat actually and caused me to stall.... I AM STILL NOT SLEEPING AND I AM HAVING HORRIBLE LEG CRAMPS 

Sleeplessness

     Today I am on R5VLCD2. I had a difficult time sleeping last night but did not think too much of it. Tonight before laying down for bed I took an epsom salt bath, a 50mg 5-htp and drank a cup of sleepytime tea. I hit the lights around11:15 and instead of falling fast asleep, I stared at the dark ceiling...WIDE AWAKE.     Around 1am I gave up and moved to the living room. I then took another 50mg 5-htp and a 100mg melatonin and put on a movie. It is now 2:18am.... NOTHING. I did a little research about HCG and insomnia and came up with mixed ASSUMPTIONS. One of these assumptions was that insomnia was due to vitamin diffiencet on the diet. I completely disagree. I am only on the 2nd day of   low cal. I lead a healthy, nutrient full life and am of average size to begin with. How could I be vitamin diffident in only two days? Especially when taking a high caliber multi-vitamin and choosing nutrient rich vegetables with my meals? My personal opinion is...

-2.4lbs!!! AND TOM came last night! I am hoping to see a big loss in the next few days as TOM goes away. I had a little trouble sleeping last night, not sure weather it is the hcg, thinking about the hcg or just the fact that I couldn't sleep. Motivated, encouraged and BLESSED :)

It has Arrived!

HCG finally came in the mail today! I have to admit that I am a little nervous this time. My first 3 rounds I did in one year and I became like a professional. Now it has been a year since my last round and I am in a new environment working many hours. I weighed in this morning and let me tell you, I NEED to do a round. In fact my goal is to lose 20-25lbs which means I will need to do a longer cycle of p2 than originally planned. Wish me luck!

HCG ROUND 5!!

It's official! I will be starting round 5 next week on Tuesday! I will be starting with Homeopathic drops and finishing with the shots. I am not sure if I will do a short round or a 40 day, we will see when I step on the scale Tuesday!
