-2lbs! Getting back on track! I unintentionally skipped a protein and a fruit yesterday which probably helped things along.
I went to the doctor today and I was as surprised as she was to see that I have actually lost 10lbs since the last time I saw her 2.5 months ago. She agreed that my goal weight was perfect for my height and I left feeling very encouraged.
On another note, I seemed to start TOM again, only 13 days after my last cycle. I missed a dose of the pill and am wondering if that is the cause and also the culprit for cravings and potential water weight.
Crossing my fingers to see another solid loss tomorrow!
