It has Arrived!

HCG finally came in the mail today! I have to admit that I am a little nervous this time. My first 3 rounds I did in one year and I became like a professional. Now it has been a year since my last round and I am in a new environment working many hours.

I weighed in this morning and let me tell you, I NEED to do a round. In fact my goal is to lose 20-25lbs which means I will need to do a longer cycle of p2 than originally planned. Wish me luck!

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
