I have managed to make it through my first vlcd for this round and only ate one meal, no bread and one fruit and not be hungry. I drank one glass of coffee with no milk in it and lots of water today and am already feeling a lot better than I was earlier today, can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow!!
Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
