Hi all! Sorry for the delay, I have been super busy the passed four days. I cheated on my last low calorie day and ate marzipan AGAIN....but have been stable ever since in spite of everything. I only lost the 15lbs from the round and no more but I am happy with it. Rob says i look really good, and I feel good. Today is the first day that I am up since p3 started and it is thanks to TOM, which started last night. All in all I am proud of myself for losing 26 pounds over all this summer and plan to keep it off :)
Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
