I have had  fairly easy day today for a first day! Only hungry around breakfast time!

I had some coffee w/ stevia around noon or 1, chicken strips with franks red ht sauce and a salad with balsamic vinegar around 4, a melba for snack and steamed shrimp with spicy mustard and cucumbers for dinner.

I am saving my apple for later, only doing one fruit today.

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
