Loading Day 2

It is the end of my day two loading and HOLY CRAP....how does anyone eat like this on a regular basis? I have eaten so much more fat than I normally do, I feel as though I could have a heart attack at any moment LOL :) 

Tonight we went to watch the Lakers game and I ordered a chocolate cake with ice cream and Rob sat there going "ICING, make sure you get the ICING" .....

I am actually looking forward to eating only 500 calories tomorrow!!!!

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!

I'm backkkkk! I chose to do another round based on starting a new birth control and gaining apprx 9 pounds in 2 weeks :( So here I am an this time, Rob is doing it with me!!! I am excited to see what the end of this round brings me :) i have not gained too much so I should be lower then I ever have before. I am going to try to do the whole 40 days this time with a goal of losing 25lbs which will put me 10lbs lower than I have been so far :) Just in time for the bikini!
