Last night was very hard. For the first time I was craving everything in sight!!! I can't believe I am going to do this for 29 more days....

I feel a lot better today though! A girl at work told me I looked really good especially in my face! :)

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
