Well this is a change! Gaining! I don't like it!
Here is the kicker, I did not eat anything bad, I ate all the normal things I do:
Breakfast: 2 teas with stevia
Lunch: Broiled Tilapia with seasoning (no additives)
Sautéed Asparagus (braggs, minced garlic, sea salt & pepper)
Dinner: Steak
Baby Spinach with apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper and stevia
NOW, heres the fluctuations... I missed my mid-day hcg dose bc i went to work and forgot it so I took two at night, and I ate my dinner at 12am bc i had just got out of work .....ahhhhh
I am now being told that I should not eat that late and I should not take two doses at once and that I should lose the 1.4 tomorrow + some...... meh
