I am going to start TOM anytime now ack i feel the water retention in my hands...I wonder how this will effect the scale?

I have to say, never in my life did I think I would be drinking iced black coffee with stevia and loving it! today I am going to make chili w/o the beans and see if eating the ground beef effects me at all...they say not to eat American ground beef bc it is too fatty but I bought the extra lean kind...

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
