Heeding advice from a fellow HCGer, I have indeed gone P3 for loading and have consumed only fats and protein for today (minus plantain chips which are still p3 relevant).
Breakfast: Cheese & A pork chop
Snack: Meat from a McDonalds snack wrap
Lunch: Plantain Chips
Dinner: About 5-6 Sausage Patties with sugar free syrup & tuna fish
I have drank about 30oz of water, about 24+oz of iced tea and had a cup of coffee.
Thinking about some homemade guacamole and carrots for a snack.
We will see!
