End of Loadng Day 2

Unfortunately yesterday did not go as well as planned. I don't think I was able to eat as much fat as I would have liked....so we will see how this round goes!
+.6lbs today for a total of +1.4 for loading, Not bad compared!

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!

Wheat

Over the past few weeks I have been eating gluten free, lots of veg and lower cal and I noticed a huge change in cravings/hunger. Then I let myself eat pizza on Friday and BOOM; downward spiral. I really believe that my body does not handle wheat well. As if there is an unusual amount of yeast in my body which feeds off of the sugars. I am going to attempt smaller portions of wheat, not eliminating entirely but greatly decreasing. I was less hungry, having more energy and feeling better overall before, lets make it happen again!
