-3.2LBS! .4 under LIW again! The protein day worked like a charm!
Here's what I ate:

7:30am iced-t with vitamin c powder & b complex
10:30 3 egss scrambled with enzyme
11:11 ACV, multi vitmain, 5htp
          Sharp cheddar cheese (about 5 oz!)
11:30-1:30 NAPT TIME lol
2:00...more cheese....maybe 2 oz
4:45 more cheese....lots of water, a cup of coffee
5:45 3 small hamburger patties from IN& OUT (they are tiny)
         water water water
7:00 ACV
7:30 3 egg whites, enzyme
         water, vitamin c, 1/2 cup coffee
9:20 LOTS OF WATER (ABOUT 3 GLASSES)
        1/4 lb burger patty (plain no cheese)
11:52 ACV
1am bed

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
