I have officially gone on Digestive Enzymes!

My body seems to be a little annoyed when trying to digest the protein so I went to Whole Foods and bought 365 brand digestive enzymes ($5.99). I did also notice that there are tons of different kinds, many of  which contain oils and aloe gel so be careful!!

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
