Protein Day

I saw these tips on some other thread and though I will share them with you-

What works for me may not work for you. take your vitamins and keep your bowels open.. My first round was long ( lost 40pounds in 40 days) second round short (21pounds 21 days) No more long rounds 21days or 30 days only while I am cycling
HCGWORKS when you work it!!

1. For protien day I do 400gms of protein for the day into 4 100gm meals for example:

7am : peppered bison steak strips (100gms)

11am; chicken breast (100gms)seasoned to perfection and battered in a little eggwhite keeps it from getting dry ( i know i am allergic to eggs but I cant resist one teaspoon) my daughter loves it that way it frys up good in a no stick pan

3pm: marinated Jumbo shrimp(100gms) i love them spicy quickly on the forman grill. Yumm

6:45pm; because I was late and I dont eat after 7pm the rest of the Bison steak strips(100gms)..

during the day 1 gallon of water and 32oz. of tea ( peed all night)
some just double the protien for the two meals but the 4 meals works best for me.

2. In exchange for the orange or lemon I use ascorbic acid/ citric acid powder in every cup of tea ( 1/2 teaspoon or to your own taste) you get the benefit of the Vitamin C but without the calories/sugars, no stalls. also heard it helps cut the fat in your system and escorts it out..
I have not had a cold or flu this whole time I have been using it.. Coincidence maybe? A friend said that when you use the ascorbic acid or citric acid when you poo you can see your fat (like an oil slick in the toilet bowl..OkayOkay !!! gross Hashi but its true..

3. ACV (apple cider vinegar) use it for marinades but threw it up when I tried to chug it.. OOOh! ugh! just thinking about gives me shivers. yuck bleh.. but Yes if you can stomach it it helps mobolize the fat we have released in our systems so we can pee/poop it out.. blehchk sorry it was traumatic for me!

1 gallon of water daily 32oz of green tea. No added salt on my meat.. no beef, no oranges, no toast or bread sticks, rarely use tomatoes, fruit once a day only.

These tips are only for high protein day.

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
