-.2 LBS....Time for a Protein Day!


I am half way through my protein day today,
For breakfast I had 10oz Coffee with stevia, blended with ice, and 4 egg whites (no salt)
for lunch i am having 180grms of chicken with pepper and mustard (no salt) and iced tea with 1 tsp of absorbic acid (powdered vitamin c)
I plan on having 120 grams of shrimp with dinner and have taken enzymes at each meal....drinking lots of water.....i will not chug the vinegar sorry LOL

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
