Last  night I was starving for some reason known as TOM so  made myself 50grams of extra protein (this is very common, you usually would stall over gain)....which ended up turning into 2 extra grissini and one melba toast....urghhhh so I gained....its hard to know if how much of the gain is the food and whats TOM but either way.....I am going to do an apple day today to make up for it so we will see when I check back in tomorrow :(

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
