I have not lost anything the past two days and now finally! -1! -22 net!

I only have 6 days left! I hope to make it to -25 for this round by LIW but we will see! It is so crazy how used to this I have gotten!

I am excited about P3 though! I have started buying cheese from sam's club and am thinking of other things I get to eat!!!!

Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
