Ok so instead of a steak day I am going to try a protein day. Basically you don't eat any fruits or veggies all day. some people eat fats some people don't, both seem to have losses...so we will see how it goes!
I'm backkkkk! I chose to do another round based on starting a new birth control and gaining apprx 9 pounds in 2 weeks :( So here I am an this time, Rob is doing it with me!!! I am excited to see what the end of this round brings me :) i have not gained too much so I should be lower then I ever have before. I am going to try to do the whole 40 days this time with a goal of losing 25lbs which will put me 10lbs lower than I have been so far :) Just in time for the bikini!
